Refund Eligibility:

A refund is only eligible when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. It has NOT been 7 days since the client received the "Project Completed" email notification.
  2. The client has NOT received any backup or website migration files from us.
  3. The website has NOT been set up on the client's live domain.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund request, the client can reply to any of our notification emails or send an email to [email protected].

Once we receive the refund request, we will review the eligibility of the refund. If approved, a full refund will be deposited to the payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Timeframe:

The refund process takes about 1 to 3 days after we receive the refund request.

Policy Modifications:

OgreMedia reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy. In the event of any changes, clients will be promptly notified via email.
